Whether you have stated corporate values or developed a team charter you’ll need to check in with the team to ensure that they are functioning as well when they started out as when we go through the bumps and grinds of executing our project. This workshop is a great way to check-in, get to the bottom of issues through root cause analysis, develop a concrete action plan and assign owners to ensure issues are resolved.
In this package we’ll work together to:
- customize the template to suite your organization and project with the appropriate norms or values
- practice the facilitation techniques
- reflect on how the workshop went to ensure you are self sufficient for the next check-in.
